Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Window

You may initiate a return request for eligible items within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery as confirmed by the shipping carrier’s tracking information. No refund, credit, or return processing will be accepted for requests submitted after this 30-day period has expired.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following requirements in full:
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any signs of use, damage, or alterations (including but not limited to stains, odors, or removed/altered stitching).
  • All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories (such as dust bags, hangers, or care cards) must be retained and returned with the item.
  • The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable, with no exceptions:
    • Final sale items (marked explicitly as "Final Sale" on the product page and order confirmation)
    • Hygiene-sensitive products 
    • Items clearly labeled "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase

3. Exchanges & Replacements

We do not offer direct size, color, or style exchanges for any orders. If you wish to receive a different size, color, or style of a product, please follow these steps:
  1. Place a new order for the desired item through our website.
  2. Initiate a return request for the original item in accordance with the terms outlined in this policy.
Replacements or priority refunds will only be issued in the following scenarios:
  • The received item is defective (e.g., manufacturing flaws, broken zippers, or faulty stitching)
  • The shipped item is incorrect (e.g., wrong size, color, or product variant from the original order)

4. Return Shipping Costs

The responsibility for return shipping costs is determined based on the reason for return:
  • Free Return Shipping: We will cover all return shipping costs if the return is due to our error, including defective items, incorrect shipments, or misrepresented product information. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label upon approval of your return request.
  • Customer-Paid Return Shipping: For returns initiated due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, sizing preference, or order regret), the customer is solely responsible for all return shipping fees. The cost of return shipping will not be reimbursed, and any shipping-related deductions will not be applied to the refund amount.
Note: Original shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable in all cases, unless the return is a result of our error and a full shipping fee refund is mandated by applicable local consumer protection laws.

5. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these step-by-step instructions:
  1. Submit a Return Request: Send an email to [email protected] with the following information:
    • Your full order number
    • A clear and detailed reason for the return
    • For defective or incorrect items: Attach clear photos or videos that demonstrate the issue (e.g., photos of manufacturing defects, wrong product received)
  2. Await Approval: Our customer service team will review your request within 1–3 business days and send a confirmation email with either approval or rejection of the return.
  3. Receive Return Instructions: If approved, the confirmation email will include a prepaid return label (for eligible cases) or guidance on how to ship the item back to our warehouse, including the designated return address and any required return authorization (RA) number.
  4. Ship the Item Back: Pack the item securely with all original tags and packaging, and ship it to the provided address within 7 calendar days of receiving the return approval. We recommend retaining the return shipping tracking number for your reference.
  5. Warehouse Inspection & Refund Processing: Once the returned item is received at our warehouse, our team will inspect it to verify compliance with return conditions. Upon successful verification, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days.

6. Refund & Duty Information for Canadian Orders

For customers located in Canada, the following terms apply to refunds and customs-related fees:
  • All import duties, taxes, tariffs, and customs clearance fees charged by Canadian customs authorities or shipping carriers are collected on behalf of the relevant government agencies, not . These fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, regardless of the reason for return.
  • Upon approval of your return and successful warehouse inspection, we will issue a refund for the product price only. Original shipping fees and any customs-related fees will not be included in the refund amount.
  • Original shipping fees will be refunded only if required by applicable Canadian consumer protection laws due to our error in the order fulfillment process.
