After payment confirmation, orders will be processed within 1–3 business days. Canadian orders may require an additional 1–2 business days for customs documentation preparation and compliance verification.

If your package is delayed or marked as "Delivered" but not received:
- For Canadian shipments: Please allow an additional 5–7 business days beyond the standard estimated delivery time.
- We recommend checking with local postal services, neighbors, or delivery facilities first to verify the package status.
- If the package still has not arrived after the above waiting period, please contact us within 7 business days (U.S. orders) or 14 business days (Canadian orders) of the marked delivery date for assistance.
All import duties, taxes, and customs-related fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable upon return. Only the product price will be refunded (original shipping costs will be refunded only if required by law due to our error).
